Riva's Moda Reviews
Summary: Love this place and the staff and the cats. I was very comfortable here, and loved having the Eggoist next door for a healthy protein breakfast! I'll be back!

Summary: This place has become my second home when I want to stay in a more mellow place in Istanbul. The only thing that would make it better is if it offered breakfast or brunch in either the upstairs rooftop restaurant or the lower level restaurant - which only opens after 2pm. That being said, my favorite brunch place in Moda is only 2 doors down at Eggoist! That alone is a great reason to stay at this hotel!

Summary: Riva’s Hotel was overall a very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and friendly and the location was close to the waterfront. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and good food. Loved walking everywhere within 15-20 minutes to shop, eat and sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and nice, although there were items that needed repair and maintenance. Overall, I recommend this boutique hotel.

Summary: Great location on the Asian side. Good cafes and a 15-20 min walk to the ferry. It's a bit of a distance if you plan to visit the European side daily but the ferry ride is great. The desk staff were very helpful and it's nice having a restaurant on premises. We had a standard room and it was fine for us.
